Continous computer simulation model of the port manager planer

The System Dynamics Simulation Modelling and optimization Methodology is one of the most suitable and effective way of dynamics modelling of complex non-linear, natural, technical and organization systems. The System Dynamics Models are, in exxence, continuos models because the realities are presented by the set of the non-linear differential equations i. e. "equations of state". They are at the same time discrete models, because they used basic time step fpr counting i. e. discrete sampling DT, which value is determined in total accordance with "SAMPLING THEOREM" Shannon. Nyquista and Koteljnikov. With the choise of basic time step DT it is possible to do computer modelling of continous simulation models on digital computer which is very suitable for the education of the marine students and engineers, because they can study complex dynamics behaviour of marine systems and process. Port isplace of interlace of differnt kind of cargo and play important role in shipping process, contecting different type of traffic in one united system anf form interrupted traffic chain. The aim of this paperis: to show the efficiency of System Dynamics Simulation Modelling during the study of the dynamics behaviour of the port-transshipment system, and to find optimal solution for transshipment with regard to type of the cargo and size of traffic of the cargo, direction and dynamics of arriving and shipping the cargo. In the paper, authors have presented global system dynamics flow diagram in the POWERSIM symbolic and details about expert-intelligence logics of the SKLOK, SKLOW, and SKLOS complex functions.
