Sažetak
Total quality management (TQM) is one of the prerequisites for good production in wood industry and furniture manufacture. It penetrates all pores of business and production processes of a firm and ensures output of high-quality products at competitive prices, which will make them desirable on the world market. We have applied multiple criteria programming (AHP) to support decision making related to choosing a quality control model in one wood processing firm.
