New (96, 20, 4) difference sets and some related configurations

Since exploring the existence status regarding difference sets for abelian groups of order 96 was terminated in 1995 by Arasu and Sehgal, 224 nonabelian groups of order 96 have been of interest in the same sense. We used correspondence between (96, 20, 4) difference set and symmetric design with the same parameters having regular automorphism group to construct difference sets in some of these groups. Several difference sets obtained lead to construction of partial difference sets and strongly regular graphs with parameters (96, 20, 4, 4) and (96, 19, 2, 4).
