Stress and Strain Analysis of Weld Pocket Dies During Extrusion of Thin Walled Solid Sections

Extrusions dies are subjected to fluctuating loads and high temperature during one extrusion stroke. This appearance could be very significant in weld pocket dies for extrusion of wide thin walled solid sections.
