FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND STRATEGY OF ATTRACTING FOREIGN CAPITAL TO COUNTRIES IN TRANSITION
Attracting foreign capital is one of the conditions for the survival and further development of our economy and finalization of the transitional process. In this work, the author suggests a model of strategy whose application fulfills such a condition. The model is based on quantified data and is thus easily applicable. The work then stresses that managing financial resources and long-term investments in companies is the core of financial management. In the evolution of financial management there are financial innovations that are manifested through new financial and stock exchange instruments, emission of bonds and similar papers that even the companies in transitional countries have to accept. Managerial functions are more and more turning their interest to the process of studying the problem of liquidity and external financing, preservation of healthy financial structure, cash flows and capital budgeting. Finally, the focus has been moved to the study of microfinancial management, the model of evaluating a company, the structure of capital and the dividend policy, risks and trading debts. In a word, the entreprenerial financial economy of a firm is a pillar of managerial finances, i.e. financial management and cooperational financing.
