Burning mouth syndrome as the initial finding in the patient with multiple myeloma

Case report about patient who was referred to our Department with symptoms of burning mouth syndrome. After complete blood count was performed, due to a very poor results of the test the patient was referred to the hematologist where diagnosis of multiple myeloma was established.
