The devolopment of physical conditioning highlights the issue of education and permanent improvement of conditioning coaches. There are a variety of solutions across the European states. Yet, something is common to all of them: physical conditioning coaches are either persons trained at polytechnics or universities or persons with a certificate issued or acknowledged by the authorized governmental bodies.
