Measuring & Reducing two-stroke low speed diesel engine exhaust gas emissions

Strict rules and regulations related to air pollution, proposed by IMO (International Maritime Organization) and EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), forced manufacturers of two stroke diesel engines to sriously consider pollution standards. Exhaust emmisions are therefore challenging both engine manufacturers and manufacturers of exaust monitoring and measuring equipment. Environmental approach to the problem is technicly improving new generations of diesel engines and contributing to general awareness for ecologic problems.
