Sharp inequalities of Simpson type and Ostrowski type

Two sharp inequalities are derived. The first is sharp Simpson's inequality and the second is a sharp Ostrowski inequality. The mentioned inequalities give error bounds for some known quadrature rules. These results enlarge applicability of the corresponding quadrature rules with respect to the obtained error bounds. Applications in numerical integration are also given.
