Determination of electron density in laser induced lithium plume using cavity ring-down spectroscopy
Lithium plume was induced by 308 nm laser ablation of metal lithium target. Absorption spectra were measured using cavity ring-down spectroscopy with spatial resolution. Electron density in the plume was determined from Stark broadened Li(2p-4d) transition.
