Modelling of Elastic Behaviour of Rubber and its Application in FEA
Four different models describing elastic properties of rubber have been compared. These are Noe-Hooke, Mooney-Rivlin, Van der Waals (Killian) and Ogden. The possibilities of their application in mechanical calculations by means of finite element analysis (FEA) and some charasteristics of computation of model parameters derived from results of unaxial and biaxial tests are discussed. These results of FEA simulation are compared with experimental ones.
