Crosscultural perspectives on work-family conflict

New theoretical model concerning the work-family conflict has been proposed. The assumption is that variables of all three levels influence work-family conflict. The contribution of the paper is this new approach, because all previous research and theoretical efforts explaining work-family conflict ignored macro and meso level variables.
