Authenticity of Composition and Nutritive Value of Some Soybean Products on Domestic Market
The purpose of this study has been to determined authenticity of the nutritive value and chemical composition of some soybean products on domestic market. Taking into consideration a very low consumption of some soybean and its products in Croatia, the establishing of nutritive value and authenticity of declarations (chemical composition and energetic and nutritive value) are very significant, especially while soybean proteins are very cheep source of proteins.
