Procedural Norms of the Rome Statute in the Context of the Croatian Criminal Legal System

The author considers the procedural norms of the Rome Statute, within the Croatian criminal legal system. Furthermore, he analyses different forms of cooperation and judicial assistance between the ICC and State Parties, especially with regard to Croatia.
