Substantive International Criminal Law in the Amendments of the Croatian Criminal Code of 15 July 2004

The article consideres the Croatian legislation on implementation of the provisions of the substantive law of the Rome Statute. Most of all, it analyses general principles of criminal law, including command responsibility, mental element and grounds for excluding criminal responsibility.
