In turbulent marketing environment successful adjustment of SME's can be achieved with implementation of strategic marketing management. With that aim a "strategic marketing management" model is proposed as a basis for development of educational and training program for managers and owners of SME's. According to that model and program important influence on SME's development comes from macro and micro marketing environment as well as from companies themselves.
