Evaluation Of Indirect Benefits Gained By Constructing Motorways In Croatia Applying The Penar Method
Numerous comparative analysis of economic situations and processes, which were focused on major infrastructure projects, especially those made for the regional level, always identify great changes, which appeared after building those projects. As a rule all those effects do not have direct influence, they are not obvious, but they influence the entire regional development by applying repeated multiplications. The more precise calculations even show that indirect effects, mostly m their quantity and quality, are bigger than the direct ones. Therefore, in order to evaluate most precisely the influences of the new road infrastructure project on the entire social and economic development of the region through which the road goes, that is the one that gravitates toward it, the following text attempts to make a list of measures and activities which should be done in our County in order to valorise on time a set of economic, that is social-economic benefits to which it comes within the motorway gravitation area because the motorway will be constructed there.
