The hight level of internationalization and production globalization from 1960-2000. confirms that the production force on a global level has greatly developed, and so have the regional group economics.This is a reasonwhy today, it is necessary to expand beyond the national and group (regional) , arket operated by countries in tranzition, as well as other countries and to a minor degree by countries thoughouth the world.Thanks in the process of forming national economy directed towards the global market, through international trade and intensive application of new scientific and technological achievements and by a constant transfer of technologies, the development of mutual bonds amongs countries becomes inevitable. Nevertheless, minor countries were ap to now, less involved in the mentioned process.The mutual connection and mix of contemporary economic system in the world are important features for the globalization process and development of economic relation. It is defined as a contemporary economic interdependence, or rather "growing economic bounds".Therefore, the contemporary approach tostrategic economy development of minor Mwediterranean countries must begin with the proces of economy globalization, international merchandise and nonmerchandise trade, and only then with economy, social and development policies of a country. Whithin such policy frames applied are sub-policies relating to agriculture, tourism, maritime and traffic affairs.
