Sažetak
Problems in information system (IS) development are empirically investigated from a communication perspective in a survey of 227 information technology specialists. Specifically, the intensity and causation of communication problems is researched at different segments of communication during IS development projects. The results indicate that the greatest degree of the communication problem is related to the communication segments that engage clients / users. Numerous specific causes of communication problems in IS projects were also identified and possible solutions or remedies are suggested.
