SEISMIC DESIGN OF SOME NEW CROATIAN BRIDGES

A short overview on some larger structures, recently finished or currently under construction is presented. The seismic design of presented structures has been done according to EC 8, what is not the case for all new bridges, which are sometimes designed according to outdated Croatian codes, still in power. The majority of existing bridges would not satisfy the requirements of EC 8.
