Application of ultrasound by Grinding
Technological tools wobbled by ultrasonic resonance intensify and lead to higher quality machining of machining and material forming. There are analysed real ultrasonic slimresonance waveguide systems and radial ultrasonic resonators with tool positioning in antinodes. Conception of tool design for research, development and realisation of ultrasonic consolidation, precision ulttasonic grinding, honing and superfinishing is solved. Current conceptions of solving and some models of ultrasonic grinding are described.
