Crystalline anisotropy and cation distribution in nanosized quazi-spherical ferroxide particles
We investigated nanoparticles with different anisotropy of spinel ferroxide (Fe3O4) and hexaferrite (BaFe12O19). XRD, MeS, and TEM bright field were performed, and the size statistics of the powders was obtained. Neutron diffraction and SQUID measurements (0–55 kOe) were carried out at temperatures from 4.2 to 290 K.
