VAVE - A Model For Measuring The Business Performance
The specific aim of this paper is in the modelling of a suitable model for measuring the success of virtual enterprises. The scientific analysis and synthesis of different indicators had for the objective the modulating a VAVE (Value Added Virtual Enterprise) model for measuring the success of a virtual enterprise. The aim of designing this model is to enable the quantification of the efficiency of virtual enterprises for the purpose of their mutual comparison and comparison with the traditional classical organized enterprises (benchmarking). The VAVE model should help managers in bringing the synthetic judgment about the optimal degree of virtualization of their organizations and their business. Namely, the bringing of synthetic judgment about the optimal degree of virtualization of the enterprise is in the area of bringing the managerial decisions about the outsourcing and insourcing. Therefore, the possibility of measuring the performances of a virtual enterprise has the crucial importance for their creation and existence.
