Knee arthroscopy without the use of the tourniquet could enhance the use of the Y sign for determining optimal placement of the anteromedial portal

In this Letter to Editor we suggested that the previously described Y sign in determining placement of the anteromedial poratl in knee arthroscopy could be enhanced by not using the tourniquet during surgery.
