Sažetak
Metals have a complex crystalline fundamental structure which is, depending on the metal type, due to different alloys and thermal treatment, very different. It is mainly irregular with many voids (empty spaces in a crystal structure) and dislocations (broken lines in crystalline structure). The original fundamental structure is deformed up to significant depth through mechanicla processing. Decreasing friction forces in different machanical elements represents one of the main technical and economical requirements in design and exploitation. Surfaces geometry needs to be analyzed in #D form, especially in deformed and uneven surfaces which are found in vessels and reservoirs made out of standard sheet metal and without surface finishing.
