Aspects of work-family conflict in Croatia family enterprises
The integration of a family into a firm greatly influences many aspects of the organisation, management, and organisational behaviour within a firm, and it is precisely on these solutions that the effectiveness of running a business and the competitiveness of a family firm greatly depend. In order to disclose the relationship between family and business in Croatian enterprises, this study presents and analyzes various aspects of family companies management in Croatia, such as the relation of ownership and management, ways of management, ways of conduct and preferences in family firm, difference between managers being or not being family members, position of employees and possibilities of promotion in a family firm, decision making in a family firm, confidentiality, organizational culture, structural changes in a family firm etc.
