In today’s world, the goal of business is to achieve long-term sustainability which is only possible by understanding the needs of its environment and stakeholders in the path of achieving its business goals. During unprecedented times, business entities have to face different types of crises both economic and financial due to a very volatile environment. And this causes a change in what sustainability means to a business. Hence, businesses have to reinvent their business models so that they will be equipped with the resilience required to thrive in the constant volatility of the external environment to pilot their business towards achieving their goals. The main aim of bringing out this volume of proceedings is to enhance the writing skill of the research scholars. This would definitely ignite a passion in their minds for publishing their important research findings. Only through publications, the research outcome gets an international standing which in turn would pave the way for transforming research into practice.
