Simulation model of beverage distribution - case study

Distribution is one of the carriers of logistical processes and is an essential element of logistics systems. It becomes the basis for achieving the enterprise's competitive advantage in the market due to increased customer demands for quality distribution services. This paper deals with simulation modelling and experiments based on companies from the real sector. The purpose of creating simulation modelling in this research is to quantify the utilisation of the resources and the distribution planning process. The simulation model is made in the ARENA software.
