School management during the COVID-19 pandemic
The COVID-19 pandemic has affected education around the world by closing schools and colleges, thus changing the existing learning model. The consequences of school closures have called into question the performance of learning, the quality of education, the unequal socioeconomic position of students and the importance of teachers. Cultural values can motivate employees and direct their behaviour towards common goals and management strategy. Schools that have managed to build strong service brands provide their customers with real value. Since the vertical structure of employees in schools is focused on service providers, it is necessary to pay attention to motivating employees, as well as creating emotional connections with the corporate brand. The construct of teacher professional identity itself is studied from two aspects: cultural and institutional. The corporate brand starts from the school's identity and reputation, which is built in interaction with employees.
