Marija Brida and Heda Festini: two philosophy professors at the University of Zadar

Our presentation was divided into two parts. In the first part we presented the contexts of women philosophers in Croatia in the 20th century, with the special accent put on the specificities of communism which, as it has been already argued elsewhere, was rather beneficial for women in philosophy. In the second part of our presentation, we presented life and work of two Croatian women philosophers, Marija Brida and Heda Festini whose life and career has been connected with the University of Zadar
