Team communication management as a factor of employee motivation
Teamwork as a form of organization of work performance is widely accepted in modern management. Scientific facts point to many benefits that working in a team has for a business organization. To carry out teamwork with multiple positive outcomes, it is necessary to consider several factors: division of team roles, management of open team communication, and permanent team education. The paper begins with observing the positive effects teamwork has on the performance of employees working in a team where specific open communication is practised. This form of communication is characterized by an organizational environment in which employees easily present and exchange ideas and thus enable the creation of creative and innovative solutions.
