Organizational Culture in Communication of the Organization with its Surrounding
Organizational culture largely determines organizational behavior in interaction with the surrounding. It is a direct cause and consequence of a particular organizational behavior. It is created, sustained and changed within the organization itself. With respect to the structure of organizational culture and the interaction of its elements, a model is created on the levels of an individual, a group, and the organization as a whole. The sort of the model depends on the goals and on the organization&#8217 ; ; s life philosophy and it defines the organizations recognizable style. The surrounding most frequently bases its evaluation of acceptability of a particular organization on its culture. The created model of organizational culture must be verifiable and tested, and it must be subject to changes determined by the organization itself or by its surrounding. In the consideration of this issue, special attention must be paid to conflicts and conflict management. Good organizational culture must secure the realization of the organization&#8217 ; ; s goals, with as few internal conflicts and conflicts with the surrounding as possible.
