Power and International Order
Force and power do not a priori mean the negation of formally legal element of international order. Although the history of international relations and diplomacy greatly denies the thesis, international order and power are inseparable and will always be the matter of cause and result. Both categories of international relations nowadays require reconsideration. International order undergoes crisis and is not ready to give answers to current challenges. Power, as a constant, is often misused for national interests. There appears a gap between the international order and power instead of the need for their positive interaction. If the present general globalization is added, the existing problems of the international community may become more prominent and more dangerous.
