Exploring performance management in construction projects

During the lecture, different models, methods, and techniques of performance management in civil engineering were presented. A systematic literature review of the performance management field was presented as well as the developed framework for prediction and management of construction investments. Outcomes were defined in such a way that the students could be able to apply different methods for solving specific management problems in civil engineering projects.
