Legal problems of remote work in Croatia

The presentation deals with the legal regulation of remote work in Croatia before, during and after the lockdown. The main issues tackled in the presentation are the following: limitation of working hours, work-life balance, supervision of homeworkers by employers, reimbursement of costs and occupational health and safety of remote workers. The special attention is given to the analysis of the Draft Amendment to the Labour Act of July 2022 which proposed certain novelties in this context.
