Sažetak
The sanitary and epidemiological situation in the Republic of Dubrovnik was similar to the one in the medieval world, therefore the great council on July 27., 1377 added an act to the regulation called "Liber viridis" according to which both locals and foreigners coming from the areas of epidemics were to be admitted to the city after a month of quarantine. The inner council and grand Duke were responsible for electing the people who supervised and punished those who broke the rule.
