Numerical-experimental analysis of backward extrusion Al 99.5 F7

In order to determine the force of backward extrusion Al 99, 5 F7 and compare it with the numerical modeled one, experimental investigations and numerical modeling according to the rotatable design of experiments was performed. By means of the software support (ABAQUS Explicit), on the basis of finite element method (FEM), the numerical analysis of process was done. Using the Box-Wilsons multi factorial experimental designs the experimental investigations on the bars Al 99, 5 F7 were performed.
