Stochastic Modeling Of Backward Extrusion Force on Al 99.5 F7
In order to determine the stochastic modeled force of backward extrusion Al 99.5 F7 and compare it with the experimental one, experimental investigations and stochastic modeling according to the rotatable design of experiments was performed. By means of the Box-Wilsons multi factorial experimental designs the experimental investigations on the bars Al 99.5 were performed. Five different coefficients of friction (mi = 0.029 ; 0.05 ; 0.1 ; 0.15 ; 0.171) and five different wall thickness (s = 2.1 ; 2.5 ; 3.5 ; 4.5 ; 4.9 mm) on the extruded specimens were varied. The accuracy of the stochastic modeling is confirmed through the experiment.
