Modelling and Simulation of Cutting Force at Turning Process
Modelling and simulation of processes are methods of knowledge application by design of machining processes with the purpose of their analysis, improvement and achievement a higher technological - economical level. In the paper was modeled, simulated and analyzed tool loading at longitudinal turning (cutting process). The mathematical modelling of tool loading was carried out by means of experimentally obtained data. Simulation of obtained mathematical model of tool loading was carried out by software package MATLAB. The obtained tool loading model describe very well the real machining process. Comparison of results obtained by experimental research, defined model and simulation has given acceptable and adequately reliable results.
