The influence of hard surfaces at the tool stability has a especially importance of optimal and another processing condition at the producing practice. Tke results of experimental examinations was made by methods of the smallest square taking a mathematic modeling according to processing parameters (velocity, shift and depth). It was getting the results bay mathematic analyse applying the hard surfaces on tools in according to classical tools. Undepending on processing regime size tool existing is bigger by applying of hard surfaces.
