Educational sector is continuously advancing with the help of information and communication technology and the support of initiatives for development and implementation of open access to information resources which could be integrated in educational practices. As a result, education has become accessible to many people around the world in a way that has never been possible before. Special category of educational resources accessible openly on the internet are Open Educational Resources.
