Determination of Winding Force at Ring Spinning Machine
A method of determinating baloon angle towards the vertical plane at traveler was developed. The stroboscope was moved using the inductive generator. By means of the camera the form of "stopped" baloon was recorded. The pictures from the tape using specific software were taken and saved into computer. The baloon angle towards the vertical plane on the screen was red off. The angle value with spinning without control ring for spindle revolution of 8395 r/min and traveler mass of 0, 896 g is significant. The equation for determining winding force obtained by analysing forces at the traveler that do not include air drag force, gravity and Coriolis acceleration, need the influence of this angle on winding force. New mathematical model for determining winding force was establish.
