Sport pedagogy- starting point, significance and implications

This paper provides an overview and analysis of the main starting points and indicates the importance and implications of sports pedagogy. Sports pedagogy, as a pedagogical discipline, doesn’t have a long history or empirical foundation. Pedagogical researchs in sports don’t have a long tradition, they are usually partial and occasional, which makes it difficult to establish and affirm sports pedagogy. By reviewing, critically thinking and analyzing the literature, only a young but wide area of research has been “scratched below the surface”, insufficiently researched in our area and certainly current, interesting and worthy of attention.
