X-ray and optic method to determine the residual strees in textured materials

Residual stress are determined on generalization of Hook`s law for textured materials. Suggested method is tested on a alloys of titanium with hexagonal symmetry of crystals and on brass alloys with cubic symmetry of crystals. It is formed the qualitative agreement method and between the results on suggested method to determine the residual macrostress on changing of the interplane distance.
