The presentation deals with the national regulatory framework on collective bargaining, differentation between works councils and trade unions, contents of collective agreements, the principle favor laboratoris, application of collective agreements, its enforcement and terminaton (with the focus on after effect of collective agreements) and the settlement of collective labour disputes.
