The Model of the Graphic User Interface for Mechanical Design

All communication between the user (designer) and the computer must pass in some form through the Graphic User Interface (GUI). The user interface is one of the most exposed parts of the program application and often changed by the user according to his needs and requirements. It also shows the GUI structure and gives description of all parts. The developed GUI model is part of the plan driven program system for assisted design process. Based on the description of the Graphic User Interface model, a prototype was developed and integrated with other parts of CAE system.
