Sažetak
Conveying anthropocentric concepts to extraterrestrial intelligent entities presents a technological, philosophical and ideational challenge. It should be noted right at the beginning (over and again) that alas, as hard as we try to make them universally intelligible and logical, our concepts do still remain hermeneutically human-bound. According to G. Bateson, cybernetics is a branch of mathematics dealing with problems of control, recursiveness and information. Altruism, a theoretically elusive concept yet one observable in human and animal behavior alike, raises the ante in terms of message complexity and possible modes of transmission. In short it involves using cybernetic mathematical models with artificial intelligence features in combination with behavior analysis software platforms (e.g. E-motion 1.0) featuring Motion Energy Detection (MED) as a means for interstellar message composition and conveyance of the notion of altruism.
