Effect of application of additional differentiated kinesiological activities on motor status of preschool children
The results of this research study, which had an experimental-empirical character, provided information on the application of various forms of kinesiologic physical activities, aimed at the motor skills development of preschool children in preparatory preschool groups. To conclude, it can be said that the positive effects of the applied treatment were more noticeable in the boys' subsample. It is believed that differentiated kinesiology treatments at this age did not give good results, and they should be based more on coordination, because children's motor skills are still of the general type, which was shown in the girls' subsample and it is primarily related to structuring factors of body motion. The reason for this is cerebral cortex, which is not fully functionally developed, and instead of specific sections of the central nervous system to be engaged, it is actually the entire cerebral cortex that gets activated.
