Epidemiologic features and clinical presentation of acute Q fever in hospitalized patients:152 cases in middle Dalmatia

On the ground of clinical presentation of illness, epidemiologic features and serologic testing, Q fever has been diagnosed in 152 patients. Majority of patients came from Split-Dalmatian region, and the rest came from the neighbouring regions. Epidemiologic features and clinical presentation of Q-fever in the region have been presented in this study, and the results have been compared with the research studies of other authors.
