CONTINUOUS LEARNING IN THE PROCESS OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN THE REPUBLIC OF CROATIA
Digital transformation, as a cultural shift that integrates people, technology and business, is an ongoing process which affects many or all segments within society. It is a necessary and unavoidable process in changing the way of doing business as it increases productivity, value creation and the social welfare. However, there is a need to identify key factors that enable the successful implementation and support the process of digital transformation. Therefore, the primary goal of this paper is to analyse importance of one of the six key factors in this context: continuous learning. Companies should rely on continuous learning while facing the digital transformation process. Results based on a sample of medium and large enterprises in the Republic of Croatia shows that the private sector is developing the ability of continuous learning to a greater extent than public sector.
